NDDC commission Road in Bayelsa, Gives Credit to Buhari The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has commissioned a new road in the highbrow GRA Layout Extension in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital. Speaking at the commissioning of the top quality road with concrete drains, the NDDC Acting Managing Director, Prof Nelson Brambaifa, said that the Commission will continue to execute projects that would positively impact on the lives of people across the Niger Delta region.
